Terms and conditions

• Once you have collected your order or accepted delivery of it, the order is the responsibility of the client and Tempting Cake is not liable for any damage they may suffer thereafter.
• Every effort will be taken to securely pack orders for delivery.  Tempting Cake is not liable for any damage they may suffer in transit.  Should you be unhappy with the condition that your order arrives in, please notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of the goods.
• Every effort will be made to get a signature on delivery, otherwise it will be left in a secure place.  We cannot be held responsible for orders once they have been delivered. 
• For large orders or weddings, a 50% non-refundable deposit is payable when the order is placed and must be cleared before any work is carried out.  The balance is due 4 weeks prior to the delivery/collection date of the order.    For orders with less than 4 weeks notice, the full payment is required on confirmation and is non-refundable.  The order can be cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to the delivery/collection date of the order, in which case the balance will not be charged.  The non-refundable deposit will not be returned.  If the order is cancelled 4 weeks or less prior to the delivery/collection date, then no refund will be given.  Tempting Cake will not commence work on the order until the final balance has been paid.
• Deposits for stands hired through Tempting Cake will be returned one week following the safe return of the stand in the same condition it was lent out in.  Should the stand be returned damaged or not returned within the specified time frame, Tempting Cake reserve the right to retain the deposit.
